What our customers think Yes we would recommend Murketts.

The staff that we dealt with were friendly and professional. Mark Amos provided a very good sales service, replied to e-mails promptly and took the time to answer our questions, etc. We never felt pressured into making a purchase, and since taking possession of the car we have received a very good “after sales” service so far too.

The hand over went well, with Mark completing final paperwork quickly and taking the time to explain the car controls. The only ‘issue’ we had (and are still a bit concerned about) is that the warranty booklet being handed out with new cars still does not confirm the 100,000 mile warranty, and instead states that we have purchased a car with a 3-year warranty. Mark did confirm that Vauxhall should send through a welcome pack, within about 3 months, confirming the 100,000 warranty. However, it would be helpful if you could make representation to Vauxhall to get them to update the warranty information that is handed out to customers as this is effectively our proof that a 100,000 mile warranty is in place.

From my initial contact with Chris to enquire after the vehicle through to viewing the car subsequently returning to collect it I could not fault the way that I was looked after.

Whats our customers think Thank you for your email concerning my recent purchase from Murketts Cambridge. This is the second time I have dealt with David Mence who has always been helpful and friendly. The car was ready on timer and cleaned and prepared very well.
My husband has also used David's services several times and as committed Vauxhall owners for many years we will have no hesitation in using your services again(although not for some time!) and in recommending you to others.

I'd also like to add that your 7 day free insurance service is a real bonus and that we have also decided to insure through Vauxhall insurance as they also offer a very good service.

What our customers think hi i would love to comment on my mobility vehicle from you.
1. I would recommend murketts to all of my friends as a company that will do there best to ensure the purchase and delivery of a new vehicle is as easy as possible. Although my vehicle arrived slightly later than i was told at the beginning i was keep informed by the staff and once it had arrived it was exellent and quick service and i had the vehicle in time to go away.
2. Chris your Mobility expert was very professional and explained everything to me when i came into your showroom their was no hard sale he explained and after i told him what my requirements where he pointed me to the right vehicle for it and what adaptations would help me once the car was delivered. In fact as a first time user of mobility vehicles chris made me feel at ease and made it all simple to follow. Your reception staff are very quick at answering the phone and if chris was not available they would get him to ring as soon as he was available.
You have a great Mobility representative in chris and if you have a employer of the month then it would be great if I could put him forward for it as he is very professional in is work and nothing is to much for him to ensure his and your company give the customer the best.well done chris.
3. My Meriva arrived on the thursday and Chris phoned me immediatley to say it had arrived and when would i like to pick it up, I asked if it could be ready for tuesday as my wife and i was planning a trip away for a few days. he said he would ring me back shortly to confirm that he could get the handcontrols fitted by then and phoned back within 10 minutes to say no problems. I arrived on the tuesday and my car was ready waiting for me and after the normal paperwork which didnt take long chris took me through the vehicle controls and within 15-20minutes i was on my way home. A+ service.

Well done to everyone at murketts and I am sure that I will be visting yourselves when my vehicle comes up for renewal and when it is due for servicing.

What our customers think So long as Chris Squires is there I will more than likely stay with Murketts

Hand over no problem as usual, but it is aggravating to drive the short distance to Newmarket and have the fuel low warning light come on before getting there.
Even at today's price, some more petrol in the tank should be budgeted for.

I detest that answerphone system and would not even consider using Murketts if I had not already ordered car and again, Chris is very helpful
I object, as do many people, to robotic answer phones and voice recognition is even worse than someone with English as their second language in Mumbai answering.
We, the fools ringing, are paying to listen to all that rubbish. Yours is one of the very few firms where I have not immediately put the phone down and gone somewhere else.

What our customers think hello stewart,

here's some feedback about my recent purchase:

1. i would be completely happy to recommend murketts to any friend or family member and will do so.

2. david mence was patient and understanding and extremely helpful (when my debit card failed to work) and handled the sale in a seamless manner. i didn't feel at all pressurised and david was amenable to my timetable for the handover.

3. david knew i was slightly anxious about driving a semi-automatic for the first time and gave me a quick lesson, put some petrol in the almost-empty tank and organised a service for the vehicle without me having to ask.
david also said he'd give me a follow-up call to see how i was getting on which i appreciate now as i have a couple of questions ready to ask him.

thanks indeed for your kind wishes. i'm very happy with the car and am already no longer worried about the automatic-ness of it!!

2) I was very satisfied with Murketts staff, particularly Darren who lead on the sale. He was professional, informative and helpful, and (very important to me as I hate being pressured), he did not subject me to hard sell. I felt that my wishes were respected.
3)Very please with the way the car was handed over to me. I would have been embarrassed with a ceremony however brief as happened to my partner at another dealership. The features and specs talk was useful.

I too am in sales and this person was faultless in the entire sales process, I have learnt from him in fact. He called when he said he would and ensured I was kept informed of the acquisition on the car I wanted.

What our customers think Hi Stewart
I would definitely recommend Murketts to a friend. Chris was very helpful and treated me individually and without discrimination, the fact that i was a mobility car purchaser had nothing to do with the way the agreement went ahead and i feel happy and excited with my vehicle.
I was a little disappointed in the delivery time.(October to February) This was mainly because i was driving an old ford at the time.Also i did ask for some extras and this may have added to the time. I believe it came from the factory. Always been a Ford driver, not now!
The handover was very quick especially swapping a ten year old car for one with all the latest gadgets and technology but i am an experienced driver, maybe someone else may have needed more time. Chris did offer me a demonstration when the car was ordered but i declined the offer.
I love this car because i love driving, its comfortable and holds the road well and looks good. When i drive it i can forget i have a disability at all and it definitely is getting some stares as i drive it around. Thank you i have my freedom back!

1. We would happily recommend Murketts Huntingdon to a friend. We live halfway between Cambridge & Huntingdon, but chose Huntigdon purely because we knew you had better customer parking available! We are pleased we came to you because the service was very good.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Murketts to all my friends and contacts.

The salesman could not have been more helpful and kept me up to date with the delivery time and other services such as the Vauxhall insurance scheme, when the old car would be collected and really went the extra mile in giving my wife and I a good customer service experience.

When the car could not be delivered at the "hoped" for time (This was not a promised made by the salesman, he just "hoped" it would be available for the weekend but due to the new registrations he was not happy to let it go before a through clean and inspection) he actually delivered the car to me and made sure I was happy with all aspects of the car controls and features.

Absolutely 100%. Totally professional from start to finish.

Totally satisfied, Dave was a pleasure to deal with (even for a Spurs supporter!!) and made the whole experience easy for me. He maintained an excellent balance of 'keeping me informed' without 'constant bothering me'. Helpful at all stages of the process.

3. How satisfied were you with the way your car was handed over to you?

Again totally satisfied, slight hic up with the nearby petrol station not being open, but that is hardly your fault. As with all the over steps in the process Dave took us through everything in a friendly but professional manner.

I have been a Murketts customer for over 10 years now and this experience has only heightened your reputation as far as I am concerned.

Thankyou so much for coming along to our school and supporting our fayre. Your generous contribution of prizes, windmills and money raised through the raffle was really appreciated.

It was an amazing day, the sun shone and lots of people came to support us. We managed to rasie a fantastic £1144 which will go towards some new classroom equipment for the children.

I hope this letter finds you well, and hope you enjoyed your week off. Sorry I missed your call the other day, I was unfortunately back at work after a relaxing week off myself.

I just wanted to say thank you for all your help with purchasing our Corsa. We’re still very comfortable financially and now have a lovely car that drives so smoothly and quietly. I know the monthly payments haven’t started yet but im being optimistic!

Your great customer service was one of the main reasons why we chose to buy from Murketts Vauxhall. Your approach was open and relaxed but very informative, willing to do what we needed to feel secure in making the right choice. I would definitely recommend you to others.
